What file format is accepted for the image?

We accept JPG, JPEG, PDF, and PNG for your image file for our custom photo necklaces.

Can I verify my image quality will be good before i purchase a photo necklace?

Yes, most images will look very similar to your photo but if the image is dark and or very pixelated, it will look slightly distorted. We use high quality specialized photo equipment that will make your photo as vibrant and detailed pixel by pixel as possible.

Will the photo jewelry tarnish or change colors when in water or over time?

Our custom photo necklaces won’t tarnish if you avoid constant chemicals, water, and be sure to clean it every so often. We do not recommend getting water on our personalized jewelry as the photograph may result quality loss.
