We offer a 30-day return policy at no cost if you’re not satisfied with your picture necklace pendant. Your happiness with your purchase is our priority. We will provide a return label, and once the item is inspected and returned, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

We accept JPG, JPEG, PDF, and PNG for your image file for our custom photo necklaces.

Yes, most images will look very similar to your photo but if the image is dark and or very pixelated, it will look slightly distorted. We use high quality specialized photo equipment that will make your photo as vibrant and detailed pixel by pixel as possible.

Our custom photo necklaces won’t tarnish if you avoid constant chemicals, water, and be sure to clean it every so often. We do not recommend getting water on our personalized jewelry as the photograph may result  quality loss.
